■ "SyncDifferent"って何？ (What is "SyncDifferent" ?)
「SyncDifferent」はMacOSX10.6(Intel) 以降で動作するファイル同期アプリです。
指定されたフォルダ内を常時スキャンし、ファイルに変更・追加・削除があった場合には、
自動的に同期が開始されます。大規模なデータの保護には向きませんが、作業中のフォルダ内の
データ保護を目的として開発しました。
「SyncDifferent」is a file sync app working on OS later than MacOSX10.6(Intel)
It constantly scans the specified folders and automatically starts synchronizing if any file is changed, added or deleted.
It is developed for protecting data in the folders you are working on, although it may not be suitable for large-scale data protection.
- リアルタイムスキャン (Real time scan)
指定されたフォルダ内をリアルタイムに監視を行うことにより、変更・追加・削除されたファイルは
タイムリーに同期が行われるので、時刻指定のバックアップよりも安心が期待できます。
By monitoring the specified folders in real time, any changed, added, deleted file will
be synchronized in real time. Therefore, it is safer than the scheduled back-up.
- マルチシンクタスク (Multi-sync task)
同期フォルダは複数指定できます。用途にあわせて多種多様な設定が可能になっています。
It can synchronize more than one folder. There are a lot of different settings you can use to suit the purpose.
- 双方向同期 (Two-way sync)
一方向の同期だけでなく設定により双方向の同期も、タスクごとに設定することが出来ます。
Not only one way sync, you can set two-way sync for each task.
- ポップアップ通知 (Pop-up notification)
同期が実行された場合には、通知パネルにより更新された旨を知らせてくれます。
この通知パネルは、自動でフェードイン／フェードアウトするので作業の邪魔はしません。
Whenever sync is performed, it notifies you through the notice panel.
The notice panel won’t interfere with your work because it fades in and fades out automatically.
- ログビューアによる更新履歴のチェック (Checking update history by log viewer)
同期履歴は逐次にログビューアに表示されますので、いつ更新があったかを後からでも
確認することが可能です。
Update history is sequentially displayed in the log viewer, so you can check them later when you have time.
- 除外フィルタ (Exclusion filter)
除外フィルタを設定することにより、余計なファイルをスキップして同期することが出来ます。
You can set up exclusion filters to skip the files you don’t want to sync.

不具合は発生しないことを検証してきましたが、万が一に起こった、インストール及び実行時における、

・コピー方向を誤ると大切なデータを失うことになります。従いまして、設定には十分注意してから
同期を開始して下さい。
You will lose the important data if you set the “copy direction” wrong. Please make sure to reconfirm
the cope direction before sync.
